Stay at homemade ice cream

I love strawberries, I made strawberry shortcake the other day and then had all these strawberries left over. So I looked up homemade ice cream, I don't have an ice cream maker. I had no idea how easy it is to make no churn ice cream.

No churn ice cream

2 cups whipping cream

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla

dash of salt

2 cups strawberries

Put strawberries and a little sugar in a small pan bring to boil over med high heat, then mash with potato masher. Let cool

Whip cream until forms stiff peaks.

Add milk, vanilla, salt stir to combined.

Fold in strawberries.

Put into a glass pyrex dish or you can get paper ice cream containers on Amazon.

Freeze for 24 hours........Enjoy!
