BLT and some A.......

You know one of those mornings, maybe you sleep late, or finish watching a movie you couldn't finish the night before, or maybe your just not the hungry for an early breakfast.  Well, I love the BLT its the perfect late breakfast, brunch or lunch item.  I do the bacon in the oven on a rimmed cookie sheet with a wire rack, 400 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes depending on how crispy you like it. Lightly toast some wheat, sour dough or rye bread. Slather on some mayo, avacodo on the other side, nice thick cut tomato, lots of lettuce and then the bacon, crispy, salty, dripping down your chin goodness.  A sandwich you probably need to eat over the sink :):):)
