Got an evite on Facebook for the best Superbowl Party! Our friends Lynn and Rondee host a party every year. I guess its been going on for 30 years, I've only gone the last 10 years or so, but it truly is the event of the year. Everyone brings there favorite dish, there is so much food, there is beer, kids, games, chickens, outdoor TV, 3 indoor TV's. Tony and Annie met there years ago and now they are married!
Oh boy, I'm going to miss it. It's always a challenge for me to bring a good appetizer or side dish, because I like to have the kind of dish you hear people talking about. "Did you try the poppers, soooo good" That's just me....
Here is one of my favorites, Buffalo chicken dip, even the Paleo or no carb eaters love this dish.

Baked Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients: makes 8 servings
3 cups diced cooked rotisserie chicken
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®)
1 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese
1/2 blue cheese dressing
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste
½ cup shredded pepper Jack cheese
cayenne pepper, for garnish
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2. Combine chicken, cream cheese, hot pepper sauce, 1 cup pepper Jack cheese, blue cheese dressing, crumbled blue cheese, seafood seasoning, and cayenne pepper in a large bowl.
3. Transfer chicken mixture to a 9-inch round baking dish and sprinkle with ½ cup pepper Jack cheese.
4. Bake until lightly browned and bubbly 20 minutes. Remove from oven and garnish with cayenne pepper and green onions.
